An unannounced visit asks for records you cannot write afterward
That is what the price is for. Sevana keeps the evidence as the work happens: every dose signed by the med tech who passed it, every care-plan revision kept with the note saying what changed, and the twelve-month reappraisal counting itself down for each resident. Every feature is included, with no higher tier holding one back.
This is our price while we are growing. If it changes, we will tell you before it does.
A bed counts when someone is in it
We count the residents in your home, not the capacity on your license. A six-bed home with four residents pays for four.
Mid-month is prorated
A resident who moves in on June 20 is billed for those eleven days, not the month. A resident who moves out is credited the same way, to the day.
The free month starts when we set you up
There is no self-serve sign-up. After your demo, we set your home up with you, and your free month starts that day.
